This weekend, Gran Canaria is once again hosting one of the toughest mountain trail contests on the annual circuit and will host some of the best riders in the world. This 20th anniversary is an important step that places it among the pioneers and the oldest in the world. The event will not include, in March, the 360º challenge, which now becomes independent and will take place from November 24 to 28, 2022. This Transgrancanaria event will focus on its most common distances: the Classic, Advanced, Marathon, Starter, Promo and Children’s Contest. Nearly 4,000 participants from 60 nationalities will race this weekend and some will meet for the first event of the Spartan Trail World Championship circuit in its Ultra Trail through the mountains of Gran Canaria.

Anfi beach is hosting beach volleyball tournaments this weekend organized by Beach Volley Salitre

Saturday, Beach Volleyball Master over 40 – men’s and women’s categories and is sponsored by Watersports Luis Molina.
Sunday Beach Volleyball Master over 40 – Mixed and sponsored by Marina Elite Resort

Over the two days, which will begin at 9:30 a.m., the participation of twelve pairs of players of national and international origin is expected.
